Rear bumper bar, Petrol cap fitted and some more items wired in.

Front and rear bumper bars have arrived all assembled ready to be fitted on.

Drilling the rear bumper holes, the pipe you can see in this picture is a guide I made up to ensure I got the holes in the correct place.

 Holes all cut out.
Rear bumper support rods in place.
Rear bumper bar all fitted up, also at this stage while working at the rear of the Cobra I wired the reverse light, boot light and number plate light in as well. While I was into cutting holes into the body, I also cut the petrol cap hole in and then bolted the alloy race style petrol cap in place.
(The number plate is fake, just for show.)

 Race style petrol cap.

Inside view with a lockable cap.

  1. It’s great to come across a blog every once in a while that isn’t the same out of date rehashed material. Fantastic read. Best replacement petrol caps service provider.
