The motor and gear box installed into position.

On its way in with millimetres to spare each side, this was a slow and carefully as you go task.

Huge relief with no damage so far, the engine and gear box sitting in its position on the chassis mount brackets.

All bolted in securely on its mounts and looking good.

Next step was to cut out a hole for the gear change assembly to be fitted back onto the gear box.

Hurst gear stick assembly bolted in place with rubber dust boot in place.

Body dust cover boot fitted to stop dust entering the cabin.
