Welcome to my build blog and the journey I had in building my Classic Revival AC Cobra SC427. As time goes by I'll put progress pictures and a brief description of what I've done in putting this famously shaped muscle car together.
Steel brake pipes bent and double flared into shape to fit front and rear brakes.
I purchased the correct brake pipe bender to ensure a neat finish.
All double flaring of pipes were done professionally at my local brake shop.
Brake pipes were all clamped to the body with rubber insulated P clamps.
You can see in this photo at the rear of the Cobra a brake pressure brake light switch installed in line. I removed this switch and went with a 12V electrical switch on the brake pedal. Inline brake pressure switches tend to not work under light pedal pressure.
